Project Managers
Administration and control of multiple, commercial plumbing/HVAC and piping projects, including document control, project cost and schedule objectives, procedures and performance standards.

Estimators
Experienced, high-volume estimator for commercial/industrial Plumbing/HVAC/Site Utility Work. Estimation software knowledge desired.

Estimator/Project Manager positions available for:

Level III – Industrial: Must possess the ability to estimate and/or manage multiple commercial and industrial projects from $200K to $900K in size independently (degree preferred).

Level II – Commercial: Must possess the ability to estimate and/or manage multiple commercial projects from $50K to $400K in size independently (degree preferred).

Level I – Residential/Light Commercial Estimator/Project Manager: Must possess the ability to oversee and direct all phases of projects from estimates and sales to material procurement and project completion. A level I Estimator/PM must have the ability to manage multiple projects up to $25K in size independently.

Service Contract Sales Plumbing/Heating/Cooling
Residential and commercial, ability to follow leads generated from advertisements and ongoing installation projects. Experience estimating preventative maintenance contracts, sales, scheduling, renewals and management. Level I salary and incentive package.

Salary Ranges

Estimating Assistant..........to $50K plus incentives

Level III Industrial............…$68 to $77K plus incentives

Level II Commercial............$61 to $68K plus incentives

Level I Residential..............$46 to $55K plus incentives

Salary Position Incentives

Foremen for Utility Work
Water, sewer and storm pipe installations; surveying experience; confined space certification required.
- Up to $30.00/hr. plus bonuses.

Equipment Operators
Minimum 5-years experience with backhoe, loader, excavator. CDL required.
- Up to $26.00/hr.

Plumbing/HVAC Mechanics
Minimum 5-years experience required.
- Up to $23.00/hr.

Hourly Position Incentives
